Use of this website

This website provides information about GSM Talent HUB Ltd's representation services. Submitting an application does not create a representation relationship; that only begins when a signed creator agreement is in place.

Revenue estimates

The revenue estimator is an illustration based on an average $1.50 – $3.00 CPM. Actual earnings depend on audience geography, watch time, content category and platform policy, and are not guaranteed by GSM Talent HUB Ltd.

Eligibility and fees

Representation is offered at the agency's discretion. Accepted creators pay a one-time non-refundable onboarding and consultation fee of £20 on signing the creator agreement and must complete the agency's screening and training plan before monetization services begin. Creators must comply with the monetization and content policies of the platforms they operate on, and must own or control the accounts they submit.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GSM Talent HUB Ltd is not liable for platform decisions, including demonetization, account restriction or policy changes outside our control.

Governing law

GSM Talent HUB Ltd is incorporated in the United Kingdom. The creator agreement, and these terms, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Sierra Leone; the parties will attempt good-faith negotiation or mediation for at least 30 days before any unresolved dispute is settled in the courts of Freetown, Sierra Leone.
