Creator Agreement Overview
Last updated: July 2026
Onboarding and consultation fee
Every creator, regardless of existing audience size, pays a one-time non-refundable onboarding and consultation fee of £20 on signing, and must complete the agency's mandatory screening, training and review plan before monetization services commence. Paying the fee does not guarantee income: platform monetization thresholds must still be met.
Revenue split
The agency's standard commission is 20% on platform revenue, and may vary up to 30% on negotiated brand or sponsorship deals with prior written disclosure. Commission is calculated on gross revenue after deduction of approved direct out-of-pocket channel expenses; any expense above 1,100 Le (approximately £50) requires your written approval first.
Term
The agreement begins with a 90-day probationary period, during which the agency may terminate on written notice if minimum posting requirements or onboarding criteria are not met. It then continues into a five (5) year initial exclusive term, followed by automatic one-year renewal terms unless either party gives at least 30 days' written notice, and may finally convert to a 30-day rolling term.
Sunset provision
Following termination or expiry, the agency continues to receive its commission for two (2) years on any deals, contracts or revenue streams it introduced or negotiated during the term. Deals you source entirely independently after the term are yours.
Payouts
The agency receives payment from platforms and brands and disburses your share within seven (7) days of receiving cleared funds or verified statements. Sierra Leone payouts are made in Leones via Orange Money, Afrimoney or bank transfer, with standard transfer or mobile money transaction fees deducted. You may request exported ledgers or screenshots of gross platform payouts once per quarter.
Exclusivity and creator obligations
After the probationary period the agency holds sole and exclusive representation rights for your digital, brand, sponsorship and promotional work. You must publish at least one original post per day for the first 90 days, follow the agency's technical setup requirements, and include clear disclosures on all sponsored content.
Ownership and access
You retain ownership of all original content you create. The agency holds Owner/Master Admin rights on applicable platforms for the duration of the agreement; these revert to you on termination and final payment settlement. You are an independent contractor, not an employee.

GSM Talent HUB Ltd is incorporated in the United Kingdom and processes all revenue through its UK business banking and accounting structure.
