When you apply as a creator we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country of residence, social media handle, follower count and primary platform. Brand inquiries collect company name, contact name, work email and campaign brief.

Why we collect it

We use these details solely to assess your application, contact you about representation, set up monetization and payouts, and respond to brand inquiries. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Who we share it with

Where necessary to deliver the service, information may be shared with the platforms you are monetizing on (such as Meta or YouTube) and with our payment providers for the purpose of paying you.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting the agency. We respond to requests within one calendar month.

Retention

Application data is retained while your application is active and for as long as we are legally required to keep financial records relating to any payouts made to you.
